Concierge Title Services was founded in 2005 under the parent company of Merideth Nagel, P.A. because we believe in using our real estate expertise to serve and protect our community. We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re honored to be a part of our clients’ lives. We get the job done, but you can bet we won’t ignore an opportunity to have fun!
Meet our Amazing Staff
A true Central Florida girl, Merideth grew up in Clermont, with roots in the community on her father’s side all the way back to 1913! She has been an attorney since 1997, with experience working first in Tallahassee for Florida Supreme Court Justice Barbara Pariente, then in Downtown Chicago at a
large white-stocking firm.
Merideth and her family moved back to Clermont in 2005, where she has
been happily practicing in her own boutique firm since. Ms. Nagel is now
the wife of a Presbyterian minister and mother to three boys, ages 7, 13 and
23. Merideth loves her life and is proud to be an attorney.
Real Estate Paralegal and Closing Team Lead
Joni is Ms. Nagel’s most senior employee and the Closing Team Lead. Taking everything in stride, Joni exemplifies all that Concierge Title stands for. She started at Merideth Nagel, P.A. right out of college as a receptionist and has grown into an extremely knowledgeable and capable title agent. Joni
does not take no for an answer, she will go above and beyond to ensure that
if it can close, it will. If
Florida Registered Paralegal
Tracy Attaway is a native Floridian. She moved to the Central Florida area in 1990 where she began working as a receptionist at a small law firm in downtown Orlando in January, 1991. She obtained her AS degree in Legal Assisting from Valencia Community College and then became a Florida
Registered Paralegal. She has worked as a Paralegal for the past twenty
years handling all types of residential and commercial closings.
Closing Team Member
Susan has been with Merideth Nagel, P.A. and Concierge Title since July 2012. She started in the short sale department and moved to the title/closings department when the market started turning around. Susan grew up in the real estate business and has over ten years experience as a licensed realtor,
and can empathize with all parties to a transaction.
Lien Search Auditor
Taylor was born and raised in Central Florida, growing up in Winter Garden and Clermont. She studied Interior Design and Architecture at Seminole State College of Florida before taking time off to focus on her family and raise her two boys.
Edwin Rivera Jr.
Edwin Rivera Jr. has 8 + years of loan signing experience and takes pride in serving others effectively by ensuring a smooth and fun signing experience with his clients. He is currently certified as a loan signing agent through the National Notary Association (NNA) and is certified to execute Remote Online Notarizations (RON) in the state of Florida. Edwin serves as a leader in his local church in Apopka, Florida. He enjoys watching and playing sports, swimming, and adventuring to new places with his wife Sylvia and their children. Edwin also takes pleasure in encouraging and motivating others.
Stacey has been in title since 1993 and has always been passionate about making sure the transaction gets to the closing table. She comes to us with five years of experience as a real estate transaction coordinator and prides herself in being a reliable employee, team member, and friend. In her off time, she likes to spend time with her granddaughter, family and friends. Some of her passions are offshore fishing, landscaping, and DIY projects for her home.
