First impressions are important and your office gives an impressive first impression. Extremely professional look and feel. The staff was amazingly friendly and competent. Both my client and I were impressed by the fact that several people that we had interacted with over the course of the transaction stopped by to say hello. A very nice touch. If you ever open another office closer to me, I need to know. Unfortunately it’s more than a 30 minute drive from where I do the bulk of my business. However, I’ll keep you all at the top of my list if I get any business your way.

“I dealt with Ms. Nagel’s firm in the capacity of Concierge Title for the closing on the recent purchase of my home in Clermont. However, I can only imagine that if she handles her title company in this manner, that her law firm must be top notch as well. Very soon after signing my sales contract, I was contacted by at least two individuals introducing themselves and telling me that they would be working with me and letting me know about the process and giving me their contact information. I also received a very detailed email outlining the entire process and everything to expect. I have bought a few houses in the past and I never receive anything like this before. It was beautifully laid out and organized. I must say I was impressed. One of the things I found particularly interesting in that email was that they stated the employee’s names that would be involved in the process and their respective titles and functions and contact information. It also said that at any time, if necessary, Ms. Nagel would also be available to answer any questions or address any concerns.
